🔶 Refund & Cancellation Policy (Reservations)

This policy explains how reservation cancellations and refunds work for Halal Wagyu Yakiniku Sakura.


1. General Reservation Cancellations

  • Cancellations should be made at least 2–4 hours before your reservation time.

  • You may cancel by phone, email, or messaging page.


2. Late Cancellations / No-Show

Because Wagyu cuts are prepared fresh and seating is limited:

  • Late cancellation (within 2 hours) may result in a cancellation fee (if applicable).

  • No-show reservations may be restricted from future bookings.

  • For group bookings (5+ guests), we may require advance notice of 6–12 hours.


3. Deposits (if used)

If your restaurant chooses to take a deposit for special reservations:

  • Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows.

  • Deposits may be refunded if cancellation is made before the allowed window.

  • Deposit refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on payment method.

(If your restaurant doesn’t use deposits, you can delete this section.)


4. Special Event / Holiday Reservations

During peak days (Eid, New Year, weekend rush, etc.):

  • Cancellations may require more notice.

  • We may charge a fixed cancellation fee depending on reservation size.


5. Restaurant Cancellations

If we need to cancel your reservation due to:

  • Maintenance

  • Emergency

  • Unexpected closures

  • Staff shortage

We will notify you as soon as possible, and any deposit (if applicable) will be fully refunded.
